Refund Policy

At Panda Jersey, we take pride in our quality and precision for bulk orders. We offer refunds only if items are received damaged, mismatched, incorrectly produced, or wrongly shipped. In all other cases, no returns or refunds are accepted.

Note: Before placing a bulk order, we strongly recommend ordering a sample to ensure you are satisfied with the quality, design, and fit.

Refund Process:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the items with supporting photos.
• We will inspect the issue and issue a full or partial refund, or replace the affected items.
• Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after verification.

Cancellations:

• Custom bulk orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• If production has not started, please email us with your order number to request cancellation.
